Hello, I’m your host Kristine and welcome to Woo Myung Cast, where you can listen to Great Teacher Woo Myung’s words of wisdom.
Today’s story is called A Baby’s Toy.
A three-year-old baby had a toy that he loved so much that he played with it all day long. It was a cheap plastic car that his mom bought from a supermarket. One day, the baby played with it and the car hit hard against the wall and broke. As it was a cheap toy, it shattered in pieces with just a little shock.
The baby started to cry thoughtlessly. Mom comforted the baby with a smiley face that she could go to a supermarket to buy it again, “It is ok, sweetie.” But the baby did not know, at all, where it came from, who bought it and how much it was. To the baby, it was just like the end of the world as the toy, which was all about him, shattered before his eyes. No matter how much the mom comforted him, ‘I can buy it anywhere for you, and it is not expensive at all. I can buy a new one soon, or a better one. Don’t worry. You don’t need to cry.’ The baby, however, did not even understand what she was talking about. The baby didn’t know to stop crying.
Humans are not different from this story. If we become the mind of the creator that has created everything in the world, we can know the principles of the world very clearly. Then, nothing becomes a problem and we also get to know that the world is perfectly going by the will of the creator. However, the human mind is false that is made by taking pictures of the world with the five senses. Therefore, we do not know the principles of the world, such as where everything, including us, came from, who created and controlled them, why all these things have happened, and what happens if all the materials finish their lifespan. If something that we regarded ours disappears before our eyes or the result does not come as intended, we abruptly blame others or get stressed and whine like a baby.
During this blessed generation when countless people are becoming the mind of the creator and coming to know the principles of the world through the subtraction method, would you be born again as the universe mind that is the mind of the world and live forever, or would you be trapped within the human mind that does not know anything as it is lifeless and dark, and die forever?
This is an excerpt from Teacher Woo Myung’s Stop Living In This Land Go To The Everlasting World Of Happiness Live There Forever.
What God Is
Even though we are always with God, a person who lives within the false human mind only has what is within his illusionary false mind. Man does not know God because God’s mind does not exist within the human mind. In the world that is true, God is both everything in existence and the emptiness where there is nothing, but man cannot see or know God because he lives not in the world but in a copy of the world.
Everything in the world is God. God, the Creator and the origin is the place before all of creation, where all material forms in the Universe have been taken away. The existence in this place is Jung and Shin, namely the Soul and Spirit, and this existence is God.
This existence exists of and by itself whether or not creation exists; it exists before and after the beginning, of and by itself, and it is the existence of God. As this existence is metaphysical, a non-material entity, only those who have become the mind of this existence itself can see and know it.
God is the master and owner of all creations and everything in creation is God and the children of God. When this existence comes as a human-being, all creations can be born in the land of God and live forever – this is heaven. God is alive but his land is the place beyond human preconceptions and habits.
